April 26, 2010: Tonight we finally gave Zachary his first bath. He didn't mind it until I washed his hiney which has diaper rash and then he was all tears. He did really well though and the whole family was able to help. Ryan took pictures, Maybe washed his head and face and Seth was in the back just being loud. Ah yes, what would we do without Seth.

Seth & Maybe pretending to be asleep in Zachary's crib. It wasn't that long ago that each of them were babies in the same crib with the same bedding.

They still both adore him and want to hold him and burp him and kiss him all day long.

April 24, 2010: Yay! I get to go out with my family today and enjoy the outdoors. I have to be pushed around in a wheelchair, but hey, at least I'm getting out.

April 22, 2010:

These two kids can't get enough of their little brother. Life has been good with three babies.

April 21, 2010: I can't believe I'm mommy to three beautiful babies. Three.

April 20, 2010: Officially introducing Zachary Ryan Johnson

Born April 16, 2010 @ 11:39 AM weighing 8 lbs and 20 1/2 inches.

Sorry it's taken so long to even announce his little name. Like I mentioned before, I had some pretty severe complications after he was born and I'm not really good for much besides sleeping and lying on the couch. I haven't even had the energy to update this site. Anyway, someday I'll be feeling better and I'll have to document the crazy weekend we had in the hospital. We are so grateful to have a healthy baby. We have been blessed beyond what we deserve. Zachary is an amazing addition to our family and Seth and Maybe ADORE him. We have been tired, but not stressed. Ryan has been an amazing support to me and probably doesn't get all the credit he deserves. Thanks for all your well wishes.

April 17, 2010: Hi Fanatics. 10:00 PM and I'm still in the hospital. I should be released tomorrow. The baby is doing great. The delivery was literally effortless. I had complications about an hour after. I'm not ready to write about it. Today I'm doing much better, but it was really scary yesterday. Can't wait to get home to my other two babies. I've missed them so much. I just want to snuggle the snot out of them. They are in love with baby brother. Can't wait to get home.

April 16, 2010: Well Fanatics it's finally time. It's 7:34 am and I'm in the hospital. I came in dilated to a 3 and 70% effaced. The started my Pitocin at 7:15. Now we wait.

8:30 AM Dr. broke my water. There was meconium, so they put in an internal monitor, and are doing an amniotic infusion. I feel good because the doctor said it was a good thing we came in today because of the meconium. Dilated to about a 4. Contractions getting stronger. Ryan had a bagel with cream cheese.

9:50 AM Got an epidural. Feelin' good.

11:39 AM This came out.

April 15, 2010: +4. Didn't sleep last night. In too much pain. I'm going to the doctor this morning and hopefully the hospital has room for me so I can be induced today.

April 14, 2010: I cannot believe I am writing this. +3. I took Seth to his 3 year old well-child check today. When I made the appointment I was sure it would have been Ryan taking him but that's besides the point. Seth is doing super duper. He's weighing in at 34 lbs (75%) and is 39 1/2 inches tall (86%). Another half an inch and he'll be ready to ride most rides at Disneyland. His dad will be excited. When going through the routine list of things that a three year old should be able to do, Seth was beyond the norm. I don't want to brag too much, but the word gifted came up (by the dr., not me). I think any of you who know Seth and have known him for a while wouldn't be too surprised to hear that. So Seth is thriving and is totally healthy. A bright spot in my otherwise overly pregnant life.

April 13, 2010: + freakin' 2.

April 12, 2010: Baby countdown: +1. Not. Cool.

April 11, 2010: Happy Birthday Seth!! Baby countdown: 0. I have a feeling these two brothers are not going to have the same birthday.

April 10, 2010: 1. Sigh. Actually, since Seth's b-day is tomorrow and we don't really do secular things on Sundays we have been half celebrating his birthday today which has helped take my mind off not having a baby yet. We went to his favorite pool, the bucket pool, and then met Gramma and Grampa Johnson and Uncle Nate at Seth's favorite restaurant, Fuddruckers, for lunch. It's been a fun fun family day and I can't wait for presents and cake tomorrow.

April 8, 2010: I went to the doctor again today. The good news is they will only let me be pregnant at the most for 11 more days. The bad news is I could possibly be pregnant for 11 more days. Sigh. Countdown to baby's due date: 3.

April 7, 2010: ARE YOU FREAKIN' KIDDING ME??!! Maybe woke up throwing up and squirting out the other end. Seriously, ARE YOU FREAKIN' KIDDING ME??!! Countdown to baby: 4.

April 6, 2010: In case you're wondering, no baby yet. My five minute appointment yesterday turned into a few hour hospital stay. The baby hasn't been moving much so they did and AFI which is an ultrasound that checks the amount of amniotic fluid. That was fine. Then the baby's heart rate was monitored for about 45 minutes. It's on the slower side of normal, but normal so they sent me home and I get to go back to the doctor on Thursday. Ryan convinced me yesterday that it was finally time to pack my hospital bag. Besides the house not being as clean as I want it to be, I'm ready. I can't really complain too much though because my due date isn't until Sunday. So Fanatics, as soon as I'm able this is where I'll be posting all my baby news, not Facebook so if you're interested check back often. Wanna count down with me? Here we go...5. P.S. Don't forget it's Sethie's 3rd birthday on Sunday as well! Exciting weekend. P.P.S. Is it possible that my baby boy is really going to be three?

April 1, 2010: Wonderful and amazing = my husband. He stayed home from work today to take care of the babies and let me sleep the whole day. I didn't have to do a thing. I didn't even ask him to do it. I woke up around 9:00 tonight thinking I felt better but after being up a few hours I'm ready to crash again. I have a slightly different flu than the other three had so I'm a little nervous that it's all going to come back again to them. So now that it's 11:00 at night and the babies have been put to bed, Ryan is going to work for a few hours. I don't know how he does it. Watches the kids all day and then goes to work. It makes me tired just thinking about it. Like I said, wonderful and amazing = Ryan.
